EcowisePH Return & Refund Policy

At EcowisePH, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If there is an issue with your order, we are here to help.

1. Eligibility for Return or Refund

Customers may request a return or refund within 7 days after receiving the order if the item meets any of the following conditions:

• Item received is damaged
• Item received is defective
Wrong item was sent
• Item is missing from the order

To process the request, customers must provide:

• Clear photos or videos of the product
Proof of issue (damaged packaging, defective item, etc.)
Order number

Requests without proper proof may not be approved.


2. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

• Opened or used products
• Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage
• Requests made after 7 days of delivery


3. Refund Process

Once the issue is verified, EcowisePH may offer one of the following solutions:

Replacement product
Store credit
Refund to the original payment method

Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or marketplace platform.


4. Return Shipping

If the return is due to EcowisePH's error (wrong item, defective, damaged), we will cover the return shipping cost.

If the return is due to change of mind, the customer will be responsible for the shipping fee.
