At EcowisePH, we aim to process and deliver your orders as quickly and safely as possible. Please review the following shipping policy.


1. Order Processing

• Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
• Orders placed during weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
• During peak seasons, promotions, or major sale events, processing time may take slightly longer.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number through the platform or order confirmation.


2. Shipping and Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on location and courier service.

Typical delivery estimates:

Metro Manila: 1–3 business days
Luzon: 2–5 business days
Visayas & Mindanao: 3–7 business days

Please note that delivery times may be affected by:

• Weather conditions
• Courier delays
• High order volume during sale events
• Remote or provincial locations

EcowisePH is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, but we will assist in tracking and resolving shipping concerns.


3. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated based on:

• Customer location
• Courier service
• Platform promotions or shipping discounts

Shipping fees will be displayed during checkout before payment confirmation.


4. Failed Delivery Attempts

If a delivery attempt fails due to the following reasons:

• Incorrect or incomplete address
• Customer unavailable to receive the order
• Refusal to accept the package

The order may be returned to the seller by the courier.

In such cases, customers may be required to pay additional shipping fees for reshipment.


5. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or lost, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:

• Order number
• Photos or videos of the package and product
• Description of the issue

We will investigate the matter and provide the appropriate resolution.


6. Marketplace Orders

For orders placed through Shopee, TikTok or Lazada, shipping, tracking, and delivery will follow the policies of the respective platform and courier partners.
